The program make EAN-8 , EAN-13,EAN – 128 , UPC-A ,UPC-E , ITF -14 system barcodes, store thatsto database and print to etikettes.

The program supported theApplication Identifiers for EAN128 and help for you, how to makecorrect barcodes.You can define custom labels, and you can use toincremental serial numbers and , date type values automatically .

The program know work in network.
In the windows we apply controls with graphical symbols. If youclick with right button of mouse on any control , the programdisplay a shortcut menu whereby you can set properties ofcontrol. (colors, captions ....). You can delete all customsettings in the window , if select that menu item from shortcutmenu of actual window.
The function of controls display in flying text when the cursorabove the control.

The program fundamentallyusable three languages ( Hungarian (default) , Deutsch andEnglish) , but we undertake the translate to any language withina short time.

After install the program working21 days without registration. Unlock is possible with codenumberthat we send to you , whereas you print the registration page andsend it us.

Minimal system requierements :

• 486 processor, Win95 OS. ( proposed 200 MHz or faster)
• 600 DPI ink jet printer (proposed laser printer)
• SVGA monitor and monitor card with 16 bit colors. Resolution minimum is 800 X 600.
  

The program tried under hungarianWin95, Win98 and NT 4.0 (SP 6). If you find any problem , or haveyou any suggestion please send it us.

Main window of program:

You can print, preview and editthe selected label file.

If you woulde like to make new ,then click on the "New " button.In this window you can choosebase dimensions of new
print file.

If not exist thecorrect type in the combo ,then click on the "New"button, and fill data on the form !

Label editor window:

On the grid you can select thecurrent label position on the page.You can add different fileds(text, barcode,picture and shape) to the Layout window withbuttons of accessories window.You can manipulate the selectedcontrols of Layout with hot keys or buttons of accessorieswindow.You can set the content of fields for all labels. If youset the position, size, colors , font properties of field, thenthis prevail for all labels on the page.

If you use the program in network, then you must create a network directory for pictures. So yourall client program see the pictures always equal path. (pl.:X:[network drive - a shared directory] \pictures\any.bmp)

You can inserttext,picture,barcode fields with buttons of Toolbar window.
You can open an outer data file (dbf and excel file types) andafter ou can insert an import field.

If you insert a barcode field,then started the barcodes form with following controls.:

• A chart (grid) for barcode select and for set the print-run.
  If you click on the any cell in the first column after you key in a text, then the program practise search ,and select the first record that started equal. If time between two character input more than one second , then the searched value deleted and the next character become the first of searched value.
• Edit button:
  For EAN 8 /13 and UPC call forth two textbox for the name of barcode and for the number within checksum character.
  You can not enter duplicated name or number.
  For UPC-E you can input the 6 digits short or 11 digits long format also.
  For 11 digits long format the manufacturers number must startedwith 0.

For EAN128 the button start ananother window:

In this window you can definename and ingredients of EAN128 barcode. An EAN128 barcode ableencoding more different information.
The feasible information type selectable in the combo box.(serial number, expiry date , pack date ..and so on)
The format of each ingredient ( character type, maximum and/orminimum lenght ...) define the EAN International exactly.
The program aspire help for you with interactive interfaces , orrather check the input format. If the ingredient ends a standardEAN checksum character (pl. Global Locatin Number ), then theprogram caculate it automatically , so lenght of inputinterpreted without checksum character.
For some Application Identifiers (00,01,8001) you can click onthe life-belt button and the program open a new window wich helpfor you to construct the correct value.
Notwithstanding none the less your responsibility how thevalue be correct and use Application Identifiers regular.
In the picture visible a serial number input areas. Theserial No. generally contains a fix first section and a variablenumber section ,that is each different. You can set this and thedifference between running numbers here.
Hereupon if you print 10 barcode ,that contains serial numberthen the program automatically print the next 10 growing serialnumber. After print the program enroll the last number to thedatabase.
The next time the program use the new number for default.

You can encoded the date typedata also with YYMMDD format. ( pack date ...) You have twopossibility. You can input a fix value or you can set how theprogram apply allways the current date. ( + / - days) .
You can input and set such date where the days marked with 00. Ifyou used fix option and input such format then the program askhow do you wish to amend it ? The amend is not obligatory.

For some AI the fourth digitsmarked the decimals count. You can use "," in the valuefor decimal marker. The fourth digits generated automatically.

Tip: Where allowable thealphanumeric input you can reduce the lenght of symbol if youapply only digit characters.

The AI combo contains allstandard AI. If new AI appear then update is available.

• New item button:
  Analogous for edit button, but effect a new record.
• Delete button
  Delete selected item

Settings :

Here you can set the programdefault printer and in the network you can set the public programdata directory.

Language select button :

After select all captions (exceptyour customs) and message displayed on the selected language.

Avalilable errors:

• Some ingredients of barcode ( because of automatic number lenght) too long.
  Answer : You must reduce the start number.
  Tip: If you have big numbers, then you must make sort fix section.

• Full lenght of encoded barcode more than 36 characters. This conflict for EAN regular .
  
• The barcode not print to selected etikett with readable size.
  Answer: you must select an another label type.
